ok, for sec3s, maybe u all MAY think, i m saying MAY la, that, linghui n haz both r sec3s, like all of u, wad they had learnt, gone through is the same as u all, so y shld u all listen to them.
but, mr tan gt his reason to put as SL right,
i can tell u, the 1 conducting can always hear more mistakes than the ones playing cuz the one conducting concentrate on the score while the ones playing have to concentrate on the fingers, notes, pitching, dynamics, so much la, so the conductor is thr to remind u wad u have miss out.
as a section, the SL is yr conductor, so always take their advice provided it's reasonable la.
n also u all cnt forget bond ok.
as the 1, looking at u all from outside the section.

yr section is really bondless la.

evertime only can see linghui, mel, weiqi, walking tgt, go EVERYWHERE tgt.
yan ying can even slp with the flautist when all of u share the same bunk.
kah jie can go to another bunk to sleep with joe yong
the 2 sec1s can slp alone in 1 corner when u all share the same bunk.
not a single 1 of u dare to talk to haz about yr probs.
nt a single sec1s can go crazy with the snrs.
nt a single sec2s feels the identity in the section.
wad exactly is wrong with the section right now.

n linghui, never ever dare to afraid that yr section mates will be unhappy with u.
if u noe wad is right, go ahead n do it, so wad if they hates u, it's yr responsibility. if they r mature enough, they will understand wad's going on.
no one can keep pulse constantly for a v long time, esp when u juz take over, ok, haz can do it well, but dun nid feel zi bei, u can always learn from him.

i myself also cnt keep pulse la, but my section mates is thr to help mi.
SL need to learn from the section mates, section mates also need to learn from SL.
haz, i noe u r now the BMA, n it's nt ez to be the BMA.
i noe the 3 of u r getting stress from mr tan, n also leading a gold with honours band is nt ez, but muz learn to communicate with yr section mates. i noe u r trying yr best, n i noe b4 u take over u r v stress already la. long time never talk to u le, so dunno how u r now la. but yr section needs u.

sec2s, next yr u all r taking over, during this period of time is the time for u all the buck up yr technics n also to learn from yr snrs mistakes, then when next yr come, u all wont be so confused.
if the section dun bond with u then u go bond with the section lo.
sec1s, u all juz joined the section, so cant expect much from u all.

every1 in the section is responsible to make the section gd, it's nt v ez to make it gd, let alone best. try yr best is enough already.
